Last year we introduced our Antique Mirror Collection: nine shades of oxidation, warmth, and history. Before that, we introduced Ghost — a diffused interlayer laminated inside the glass that creates depth without ever touching the surface.
Today, we’re laminating the two together.
Antique Ghost Mirror takes the character of antique patina and veils it from within. The result is a surface that feels less like a mirror and more like a memory of one.
Two Techniques, One Solution
Antique mirror brings the story: oxidation patterns, dimensional variation, a sense of age that no printed finish can imitate.
Ghost brings the control: because the diffusion happens in the interlayer rather than at the surface, the face of the glass stays smooth, glossy, and easy to maintain. No etch. No porosity. No compromise on cleanability.
Combine them, and the patina reads through a soft veil — present, but pulled back. Reflection becomes atmosphere.
Why Designers Will Spec It
- Depth without glare. Antique mirror already softens reflection. Ghost techniques takes it further, removing the hard bounce that makes standard mirror feel cold in a finished space.
- Patina that stays subtle. For projects where full antique reads too busy, ghosting quiets the pattern without erasing it.
- A cleanable surface. All the mood of a heavy etch, with the maintenance profile of a smooth lite. Ideal for high-traffic environments.
